• Any discrepancy in payment must be resolved prior to service delivery.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the package and partner services (airlines, hotels, transport).

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of cancellation charges.

• No refunds will be made for unused services or last-minute cancellations.

3. Travel Documents

• Customers must carry valid identification and required travel documents (e.g., passport, visa).

• BSK Vision is not responsible for any denial of entry or travel due to document issues.

4. Pricing Policy

• Prices are subject to change based on market rates, season, availability, and partner revisions.

• Any increase in fuel costs, taxes, or fees imposed by the government or partners will be passed on to the client.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• BSK Vision acts only as a facilitator for hotels, airlines, and transport services.

• We are not liable for delays, accidents, or damages caused by third-party providers.

• While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors in package details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You are expected to provide accurate personal details and follow local travel regulations.

• Misconduct, illegal behavior, or failure to comply with instructions during the tour may lead to termination without refund.

7. Force Majeure

• We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of BSK Vision and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Modifications

• BSK Vision reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site and services implies acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law
